Ema Datshi-Chilli Cheese

Ema datshi is a national dish of Bhutan. Today we are serving mixed vegetrian Datshi: A tantalizing blend of potatoes, mushrooms, daikon radish, Bhutanese chili peppers, bell peppers, carrot, onion, ginger, and garlic, simmered in a tangy tomato and butter sauce, topped with creamy feta and blue cheese. A burst of flavors in every
bite. Served with rice and Ezay (Bhutanese salad) .
